• Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or failure to show up may incur a cancellation fee up to the total booking value to cover non-refundable local vendor prepayments.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

• Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued back through your original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, USDT wallet, or CIS payment channels).

• Processing Time: Standard refunds take between 3 to 10 business days, depending on your issuing bank or payment provider. Crypto (USDT) refunds are processed within 24 hours.
